We collect user-submitted details during checkout and customization, including profile info (name, phone number, email), event details (dates, times, locations), and photos/text used to compose your invitation videos.
Your photos and customized text are used exclusively to produce your requested video. We do not use your personal images or data to train AI models or sell them to third parties.
Payment data is never stored on our servers — all transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We use encrypted connections and restrict access to stored templates and orders.
Our app uses only functional session data to remember your progress. We do not engage in cross-app ad tracking.
Subscription plans include a fixed number of video credits per billing cycle (e.g. 10 videos/month). Unused video credits do not roll over to the next cycle and are not eligible for a refund or cash equivalent if not used within the active billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per our separate Refund Policy available in the app.
You may request deletion of your account, rendered files, and order history at any time from within the app or by contacting support.
